The new 2024 BMW X3 was seen testing on the streets again in Munich. The SUV’s new look is highlighted by heavy camouflage that reveals a few details at the front. The new X3’s design has been updated and it appears that the new model will get the same treatment as the newly revealed BMW X1. The prototype spotted features a similar kidney grille as well as a new set of headlights. It wouldn’t surprise us if similar changes were made inside.
The new X3 will not offer any gas-powered powertrain options. Many people believe that older engines will be replaced by plug-in hybrids or fully electric versions.
2024 BMW X3 Redesign
The 2024 BMW X3 will be here, and judging from the first spy photos, it will have a similar design to the recently revealed X1. The new SUV is dominated at the front with taller kidney grilles, new headlights, and new headlights.
You can also expect sharper body lines due to the boxier wheel arches. The new X3 will not create a U-shaped indentation under the tailgate, but it will make a noticeable difference out back.
Unfortunately, spy shots of the 2024 BMW X3 are not currently available. This SUV is a spacious and functional vehicle. This SUV’s cargo volume can be increased from 28.7 cubic feet to 62.7 cubic inches.
Some upgrades were made to the last model, which will be carried over into this new model. The freestanding 10.25-inch touchscreen will replace the 8.8-inch model from last year. There is also a larger 12.3-inch version and a digital 12.3-inch driver information display. Leather upholstery, ambient lighting, heated steering wheels, heated front seats, heated rear chairs, wireless charging, gesture control, and heated/ventilated rear seats are some of the options that will be available.
The powertrain is unknown at the moment. According to some reports, the new 2024 BMW X3 may be the last model that will use a gasoline engine. We expect at least one plug-in hybrid and an electric version. However, it is not known if the range will include full-size M Performance models. Many believe the X3 M model will be powered by an existing BMW engine.
